Have you always wanted to coach Trainees? At Aloft, you’ll be handsomely rewarded for doing so. Our team structure allows you to coach 3 Trainees at the same time and earn income for every report your Trainees complete. We have excellent basic training and can deliver top quality Trainees to your team. We want you less for your personal production and more for your ability to coach, teach, and mentor.
