We’re a proud sponsor of Fannie Mae’s Appraiser Diversity Initiative and we celebrate opportunities to bring our different perspectives to work. One of the ways we support that is through our Aloft Value: Embrace Diversity. It's an expression of how differences in our ideas and people make us stronger.
